Throughout the year, the armpit is always easy to perspire even people in the normal walking. People wear few clothes in summer, axillary clothes are wet with sweat, it will seriously affect the garment’s beauty. People wear thick clothes in winter, armpit sweat is difficult to evaporate after walking, it often makes them feel discomfortable. Therefore, the development of human sweat products has substantial significance, it can solve the problems brought by axillary sweat.Spunlaced nonwoven has a series of advantages, simple processing technology, low cost, softness, comfort, and so on. It is the closest material to the traditional textile. The main consists of sweat absorption products designed in this subject were spunlaced nonwovens which were made by viscose, polyester and cattail fiber. These materials were used to develop armpit ceiling sweat products with a multilayer structure. When the armpit sweat, this product can keep the clothing beautiful and keep the armpit dry, comfortable and healthy.First of all, the related performance of the selected spunlaced nonwovens with different composition was tested, such as thickness, permeability, moisture regain, moisture permeability, to determine the component materials and structure of the ceiling product. Secondly, hydrophilic finishing on the polyester spunlaced nonwovens was done. Through orthogonal test, the optimal finishing process was determined:finishing agent concentration 1:5, unit area spraying 15 times, drying at a temperature of 100℃ with 3 minutes, baking at a temperature of 130℃ wih 3 minutes, to make absorbent products with one way transport capability. At last, the three-layers structure of the product was designed:the surface absorbing layer, the middle reserving layer and the bottom preventing layer. Meanwhile, the designed shape of the product was asymmetric type like butterfly wing. Then the liquid glue as adhesive was coated on the surface of the middle layer and the bottom layer, which was similar to printing method, to make the product end up. After the actual wearing experience, it was found that the weight of absorbent sweat in the product was during 0.06 grams to 0.13 grams in daily life, and the weight of absorbent sweat in the product was during 0.4 grams to 0.5 grams in one hour intense exercise. It comes to the conclusion that when the human body sweat, the designed product could be of good sweat absorbency. It is dry and comfortable, which could prevent sweat wetting the surface of garments.
