With the rapid development of Chinese economic,and the rising living standards,as well as the constant change in consumer attitudes,there has been an increasing requirement for the quality of disposable sanitary appliance,such as the sanitary napkins,the baby dry-shod napkins and the medical mattress.In order to improve the multiple hydrophilic properties of ES fiber nonwoven fabric,so as to improve the baby diapers and other hygiene comfort targets,this thesis reported the studies in the dissection of multiple hydrophilic finishing agent,the performance measurements of the one and two component surfactants,the formulation optimization and finishing technology of multiple hydrophilic finishing agent,as well as some theoretical problems in the characterization of the nonionic surfactant,the results obtained were as follows:(1)Comprehensive analytic methods such as the testing of physical-chemical characteristic properties,elemental analysis,vibrational spectroscopy,and HPLC-MS were applied to characterize the multiple hydrophilic finishing agent HA-15.It was mainly composed of polyether silicone,Potassium salt of fatty acid ester,polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate polyoxyethylene ether,alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate,potassium alkyl phosphate,and sulfonic acid sodium salt.(2)Taken Polyether silicone oil,AEO-9,12C-9EO-PK,polyether silicone oil and Tween 60 as the research objects,the equilibrium surface tension and spreading properties of the one component and the two component surfactants were studied using the platinum plate and dynamic contact angle methods.The results showed that not only the polyether silicone oil itself has low surface tension and unique spreading effect,but also it possessed a very good synergistic effect with AEO-9,12C-9EO-PK,Tween 60.When the mass ratio of AEO-9 and polyether silicone oil is 30:1,12C-9EO-PK and polyether silicone oil is 20:1,and Tween 60 and polyether silicone oil is 10:1,the equilibrium surface tension of the system can be reduced to below 30mN/m.The compound system composed of AEO-9,12C-9EO-PK,polyether silicone oil and Tween 60 significantly improved the Wetting and spreading properties of the individual AEO-9,12C-9EO-PK or Tween 60 solution on the surfaces of PE and PP fiber.(3)Taken polyether silicone oil,AEO-9,12C-9EO-PK and Tween 60 as raw materials,orthogonal design of four factors three levels was taken to optimize the proportion of the ingredients inhydrophilic agent formula,and the best ratio of each component was determined to be 10:30:20:3.Through liquid permeability test,hydrophilic finishing process conditions on ES nonwovens were determined,and the optimal hydrophilic finishing process conditions were as follows: hydrophilic finishing agent concentration 8 g/L,bath temperature 60℃,the drying temperature 100℃,and the drying time 3 minute.Under the best hydrophilic finishing process,self-produced hydrophilic angent was used to improve the hydrophily of ES nonwovens.The ES nonwovens’ multiple liquid strike through time,static resistance and water contact angle on the surface were tested repeatedly.It is showed that self-produced hydrophilic angent has good hydrophilic finishing effect.(4)Amorphous polyoxyethylene taked the(TGT)m conformer as the absolute existence form.In liquid the lattice packing effect controlling the(TGT)m conformation disappeared,and this made a number of conformations other than(TGT)m coexistence.Thus the resulting vibrational spectra in liquid become much wider than those in crystal so that the band assignments become much more difficult.To this end,six conformation were defined for the repeating unit-(CH2CH2O)-of PEG400,nine conformational structures were constructed,with 4 being the combinations in identical EO conformation(TGT)10,[(TTT)10,(TTG)10(GTG)10 and 3 with other combined EO conformations.These conformational structures were optimized and the corresponding vibrational frequencies were calculated using PCM solvent model and B3LYP/6-31G(D)level of theory.The relationship between the scissor and twist vibrational modes and frequencies and four conformations of CH2CH2-O-CH2CH2 fragment were established to insight into the contribution of co-existing conformational isomers to the actual vibrational spectra.
