| CPC eighteen re-established Chinese "four modernizations" target concept: industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, and the "new socialist countryside" included the strategic goal of China’s future development. These concepts are the strategic objectives and the countryside, raised nearly half of the population is closely related to farmers on the basis of agricultural development and the occupied. 18 th CCP Fifth Plenary Session adopted the "CPC Central Committee on National Economic and Social development, 13 Five-Year Plan." This document establishes the overall strategic goal of the next five years China’s development, made clear to building a moderately prosperous society in 2020, eradicate poverty, improve household population urbanization rate, made significant progress in the modernization of agriculture, ecological environmental quality improved. This important document also defined the future development of China must follow the "five concept" from a fundamental and overall- "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing." In this paper, based on the strategic thinking of the party Central Committee for urgent task facing China’s current urbanization transition, it poses a major problem in China Rural Urbanization in environmental protection and pollution control.
