| Machinery manufacturing is one of foundational industries in our national economy, its technology level and up-to-dateness determine the whole country's national economy level and up-to-dateness. Besides, NC technology and equipment are the main technology and essential equipment for developing high and new technology industry and advanced industry in machinery. Nowadays, virtual machine tool machining is one of hot and advanced research subjects in digital technique of manufacture.In general, before formally NC machining, we need check NC code for its correctness. Traditional technique of checking is real trial-machining which is time-consuming and high-cost. The research matter of this thesis is NC simulation which is to simulate NC machining process using computer technology and it is an important part of CAD/CAM. It validates the verification of NC programs, inspects if there are some collisions and interferences, it recurs to real and the whole process of NC machining in computer, which could help them to find out the potential problems and mistakes of the product in the design period and then they can amend the mistakes and improve the design sketch quickly. In addition, compared to real trial-machining, NC simulation can save much manpower,material and financial resources, cut short the development period of products, raise the labor productivity. So it is worth studying the simulation procedure of digital milling manufacturing.The thesis established the digital model of TH5650 processing center in UG environment, then generated NC code for NC simulating after post processing. Afterwards, the paper used simulation system of VERICUT to simulate and verify the NC code, carried out NC machining simulation droved by NC code, as well as changed the cutter in tool storeroom during the manufacturing procedure, read in the G code, judged the overrun interference and collision and so on, verified it by the instance.Cutting parameter is very influencing for the machining efficiency and operating life of the tools. So, the thesis has collected and rearranged the milling parameter from the previous machining instance, and looked up the interrelated information, confirmed the milling parameter which is rational,accorded the general milling circumstance through contrast. So, a preliminary exploratory research on the optimization principle of VERICUT is done through creating a tool path optimizing mathematical model in the thesis. Besides, the entire process of the optimum design in NC machining is also realized through the typical example of the thesis, adjusts the different machining stages'feed rate, saves machining time, realizes NC code's optimization, raises machining efficiency.The thesis designed milling database system of the parts for simulating of digital milling manufacturing procedure, studied the rational method for the data's connection and exchange of the database in the thesis. The system bases on the ADO control in Visual Basic6.0 and Microsoft SQL Server2000 database for connection. Users could connect the database simply and quickly through the system, consequently, users could add,modify,query the machining parts and machine tool information and so on which conveniences the selection and management of the parts technology parameters.The final chapter summarizes the main results and makes conclusions of the thesis, clarifies not only acquiring the optimized milling machining parameters by NC simulation before actual machining, avoids conservative choice upon conventional manual or experience, greatly raises the productivity, but also forecasts the machining parts'precision, gives the method for satisfying the machining demands, designs the rational processing technique scheme. |
