As a kind of digital printing inkjet printing had developed rapidly and will be more development and applications to traditional print. Compare to the inkjet printing technology rapid development, the inkjet print quality testing not has the same level. As people increasingly high quality requirements, accurate and rapid inspection of printing quality become more concerned.Researched and build a new inkjet print quality inspection method based on measurement control element captured by CCD in this paper, with compared the quality inspection technology existing traditional printing and digital printing, analyzed of their advantages and disadvantages, combined with the latest developments in the digital images.The main work of this study is to select point, line, color blocks and MTF as the basic measurement and control elements for inkjet print quality inspection, by analyzing the existing print quality testing technology for traditional print and inkjet printing, and image analysis factor of computer image analysis method, with referenced part of the printed image quality attributes defined in the ISO 13660 international standard; Use CCD to capture measurement and control element, propose the inspection algorithm of measurement and control element and carried out the inspection algorithm using Matlab programming language, combined with digital image processing technology. Complete the evaluation of inkjet printing quality by printed out test paper and measured measurement and control elements, and verifies the reasonableness and accuracy, with subjective quality assessment, of the evaluation of inkjet print quality by measuring measurement and control element.Results of this study can be used to test print quality, improve print inspection system, and expand the inspection range. It can eliminate the negative factors of subjective evaluation, and make the communication between printing and customers more accurately and standards. It can help companies save money in Inkjet print quality test and increase economic efficiency.
