Textile Clothing Digital Printing Ink Control System Research

Inkjet digital printing technology is advanced technology that has been able to rapidly developed in recent years,it play an important role on the subverson transmission printing model stage.Inkjet digital printing is controled by computer all the way,the required data and process scheme are stored in the computer to ensure the printing back.The whole printing process is a green and environmental protection,it can realize any set of color.Inkjet control is one of the key technologies of digital printing,it also is the important link to ensure the guarantee of the printing.Only ensure the precise control in the process of the digital printing,the quality and effect of the finished product can be ensured.This article is arounded by the inkjet digital printing machine in the textile clothing field and the relevant features of piezoelectric type inkjet head,with the technical support from xi'an degao mechanical and electronic conglomerate,this paper puts forward a complete set for the digital printing type in the process of piezoelectric inkjet head driver.First of all,I give some foundation introduction of inkjet technology,tell the preparation and processing of printing design before and after the printing,introduce the principle and several patterns of piezoelectric ink jet head structure,make basic introduction of the drive mode and space of ink-jet printer working arrangements,according to the function of the ink-jet printing machine on the modular design,introduce the function of each module,focus on inkjet head drive circuit sit modular design,next to the various modules used in the selection of chips and the woking timing diagram and do some corresponding statement.in terms of software,I use FPGA to realise the main logic function,first,according to the logic function,I design the modular of FPGA,secondly,Introduce the waveform selection and output module,clock points frequency module,asynchronous FIFO organization and data module and data module figure the principle of logic and the corresponding simulation in detail,Introduce the logic diagram of the principle of each module and the corresponding simulation in detail,especially for the inkjet control module that focus this article analyzed in stages,for every stage of the sequence diagrom and the corresponding simulation,and put forward in the upper machine directly choose drive waveform conceived and implementation of the way.I give introduction in detall from the way of data transmission to the selection of the corecomponents.In the software ways,I give introduction in detall from the head of the eight inkjet data transmission,organization,control,choose timing waveform to mplementation of logic of core components of FPGA.
