Inkjet printing machine is a kind of accurate graphic printing precision equipment,its printing precision and speed in addition to closely related to the performance of the ink jet print head,and closely related to control system and working mode,this paper,based on the current jet printing quality of ink-jet printing machine and speed the problems existing in the research,the main quality problems spray printing precision,resolution is high enough,spray speed problems mainly include the overall printing speed is not high.Ink-jet printing machine to jet printing on textiles,due to the flexibility of the textiles itself and unbalanced loading mode,will cause the distortion of the substrates to produce the anisotropic deformation,walking mechanism between transmission error inevitable existence,therefore in the process of spray printing flower color will appear draft and fabric,the phenomenon of no image distortion caused by the deformation,this paper presents a real-time feedback control system,hardware and software combination way to error feedback has spray pattern,and real-time location on the computer,ensure that the flower color draft on the fabric surface precision positioning.In this paper,a method is proposed to improve the resolution by slightly adjusting the position of the substrate and printing patterns on top of each other.Because the wide format printing machine horizontal span is large,the cumulative error is easy to become large,so for the large format printing machine,the design of the closed-loop distribution mechanism control system is very necessary.In this paper,the image processing technology is used to achieve accurate positioning of substrate motion,which can guarantee the printing accuracy.The scheme mainly includes image processing method,distance measurement algorithm,system control process,motor control strategy,etc.,and the selection and layout design of hardware and mechanisms including CCD industrial camera,computer,servo motor,feeding mechanism and so on are completed.The linear motor is used as the driving part of the nozzle moving,and the motion control strategy of the nozzle car is developed based on the characteristics of the linear motor,so as to reduce the invalid printing time and improve the effective printing speed,so as to improve the overall printing speed.In the case that the inherent resolution of the nozzle is determined,the resolution(horizontal and vertical)of the pattern to be printed can be improved by changing the motion mode of the control nozzle.The structural design of ink-jet printing machine adopts light weight design,selects aluminum profile as support,USES linear motor to replace the inherent toothed belt drive of the sprinkler car moving mechanism,constructs the overall structure of the ink-jet printing machine,analyzes the natural frequency of the structure,and analyzes the structural stability.
