Construction Of Green Evaluation Index And Its Application In Enterprises Applied Research

At present,there is a "Green Wave" around the world.The efficient use of resources and environmental pollution have become the focus of attention of all countries in the world.Each country has put these issues on its national development plan and put it on the world agenda.Traditional manufacturing patterns will change dramatically.The manufacturing industry is actively promoting green manufacturing technologies,developing related green materials and green energy,and redesigning green technologies to produce green products that protect the environment and improve resource efficiency.Various countries have promulgated relevant green manufacturing laws and regulations to regulate corporate behavior.In recent years,especially the rapid development of green manufacturing in chemical enterprises,chemical enterprises have made great progress in green technology,energy conservation and consumption reduction,environmental governance,and the recycling of energy.However,there are no mature and complete evaluation standards and models for the green manufacturing level or green degree of chemical enterprises.Therefore,this paper mainly builds the green evaluation index model.Taking Hongsheng Chemical Industry as an example,the green evaluation index model was introduced to evaluate Hongsheng Chemical Green ManufacturingBased on the theory of green manufacturing,the evaluation system of green manufacturing and the evaluation theory,this paper adopts the methods of documentation,case analysis,expert interviews and analytic hierarchy process,takes the elements and key points of green factory construction as the vision,and takes the key factors affecting the green development of enterprises as the breakthrough point,and strives to construct green evaluation in various directions,at different levels,scientifically and systematically.Index.The application of the green evaluation index model in Hongsheng Chemical Industry was studied.To analyze and evaluate the problems existing in green manufacturing of Hongsheng Chemical Industry,and guide Hongsheng Chemical Industry to better carry out energy saving and emission reduction,cost reduction and environmental protection.Ultimately,Hongsheng Chemical Company will realize the sustainable green development path of high efficiency,cleanliness,low carbon and recycling.At the same time,it is hoped that the green evaluation index can be used as a positive reference for other chemical industries.Through the application research of Hongsheng Chemical Green Index,the following conclusions are drawn:Hongsheng chemical should establish a special green manufacturing management organization,clarify the green manufacturing management responsibilities of each department,and formulate the medium and long-term quantifiable green manufacturing objectives,implementation plans and development plans of Hongsheng chemical.improve the primary,secondary and tertiary energy metering instruments of the enterprise,and eliminate and replace the old ones.Use information platform to collect energy data,build energy data collection network,improve information-based energy system,implement energy plan and performance management,energy consumption and other amount management,and build information-based energy management system.Grasp the key point of high energy consumption of production equipment,and implement energy-saving transformation.Mobilize the participation of all staff,and constantly explore the space for energy conservation.Continuous improvement.carry out clean production technology transformation around key pollutants to reduce pollutant emissions.Reduce the discharge of toxic and harmful substances.In the production process,non-toxic and harmless or low toxic and low harmful raw materials should be used as far as possible to reduce or avoid the generation of pollutants from the source.in accordance with the principles of reduction,reuse and recycling,the utilization efficiency of resources and the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste will be greatly improved.For example,the recycling of packaging materials can reduce the environmental pollution as much as possible.Consider from the whole life cycle of the company's products,not only use green technology but also consider green equipment,green packaging materials,etc.
