Al2O3 and AIF3 dense phase conveying system acted as electrolysis material supply system, play a very important role in product line. Its running states will directly have effect on the quantity and quality of the production. For design and manufacturing techniques, and control of the reasons, aluminum fluoride added system in smelters series third of Chalco Guizhou branch has been unable to put into use, Limiting the level of production control. The series III and series I dense phase conveying system, bought from abroad, could not meet the need of production at present, which became the grave hidden trouble in electrolysis aluminum production.In order to solve the above problem, this paper includes the following work mainly.Firstly, a monitoring and control system for the Gui zhou Electrolysis Aluminum Plants is designed in this dissertation, based on the delicate investigation and research work for its The third series and the first Series dense phase conveying system and analyzing and summarizing lots of literatures.And then, this paper designs an aluminum density control system based on fuzzy control theory. The system has the function of fuzzy parameter self-taught and breakdown to report to the police etc. Meanwhile, the application of the system brought many aluminum electrolysis new ideas of the craft, such as waiting of AE.The control strategy is investigated and shown good control effects in simulation and experiments. In addition, developing process of the monitoring and control system software for the upper computer, based on WinCC platform, is introduced. The software takes full account of the user's demand. Therefore, it has great robustness and good control effects and is easy to operate and maintained.Make full use of existing equipment to achieve the accuracy of the aluminum fluoride added and to summary a monitoring and control system is implemented at less investment by adopting WinCC developing platform. It has successfully solved the slow communication speed problem and the laggardness of the techniques with the former one. It proved this customer-oriented system can meet the real time monitoring and network extension demand of dense phase conveying system to the most extent. It has a notable practical application meaning.
