The research of this paper based on efficient and Low consumption new technology of Copper processing, exploit energy-saving digital control system—Research of Copper FLD Variable frequency Speed Regulation Control System Based on DSP. The paper introduce frequency variation Motor replace Furnace vibration Hit chain,Ratchet or Relay with Draught,Stop and Reverse thrust. Achieve simple and accurate technology. Use DSP control Draught Motor to Rotation,Stop,Reverse and Stop, at the same time, we achieve the Motor four Beats by control the time of the four Status. And increase yield,reduce cost by change speed of foundry,frequency and pitch of draught on line.Firstly, the paper research Mathematical model of the Draught Motor (Three-phase AC induction motor) under kinds of axis system, then research control method of SVPWM and software-hardware of DSP controller on the base of Mathematical model. And then use Matlab simulation tool to emulate the system.The system hardware with the control core of TMS320LF2407A, and designed hardware which include main circuit,power driver circuit,DSP control circuit and part of protection circuit,LCD display circuit and keyboard circuit etc.Use C based on CCS development Platform in software design, includes assembly language programming of some commonly used subroutine, completed control function,protection function and display function of copper FLD variable frequency speed regulation control system by wrote and debug software programs.
