The permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of light weight, small volume, high conversion efficiency, good working performance, etc., and has been widely used in industry and daily life. In this paper, the control simulation analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor is developed based on MATLAB software. First, according to the structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor, it sets up the physical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), based on this model was established under the static coordinate system, the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, according to the characteristics of the model, analyzes the mathematical model of coordinate transformation and dynamic coordinate system. On mathematical model as the foundation, analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control theory, design the overall structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control, and has carried on the analysis to the theory of SVPWM technology.Through the MATLAB software, the coordinate transformation and SVPWM are modeled and analyzed, and the advantages of vector control are verified. Simulation and comparison of the PI and PID structure of the speed regulation controller, the best structure design. The vector control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor with SVPWM modulation is analyzed and its control performance is analyzed. Through the simulation analysis, the optimized structure of PMSM vector control is obtained, and the corresponding control parameters are set, and the expected results are achieved.
