Research On New Countryside Construction Planning Design Scheme Evaluation System

Planning design scheme evaluation is an important part of new countryside construction, and its scientificity will affect the correctness of scheme choice. The new countryside construction planning design is a feasibility scheme summarized by the nature, geography and present situation in some certain planning village, the analysis of population, economics and former space format and the roads, viewpoint buildings and public service facilities of village. New countryside planning design is a work with the feature of comprehensive, policy, local and technique, which determines the evaluation work should be comprehensive. This work not only does special evaluation on different aspects of system, but also does comprehensive evaluation on every index in general.According to the evaluation system construction problems of new countryside construction planning design scheme, this paper does a series of discussions and researches. Firstly, based on the function structure and land analysis of new countryside, from the point of improving the living condition, quality of life, harmony between convenience of production activity and environment, this paper establishes the new countryside construction planning scheme evaluation index system. Secondly, the paper determines the various indexes weights and establishes the new countryside construction planning scheme comprehensive evaluation model by using AHP. Lastly, according to the analysis of specific engineering example, by using the evaluation model and evaluation method mentioned by this paper to evaluate the new countryside construction planning design scheme in a place of Dengzhou city, then to verify the feasibility and reasonability of the method and model stated by this paper.
