Overall Design And Research Of Lifting Type Dry Mixing Mortar Transport Vehicle

Dry Mixed Mortar,as a new product,stemmed from Austria and Finland in the 50 s of last century.In Europe,where the industry is relatively more developed,there are hundreds of dry mixed mortar products.With the development and progress of human society,the continuous improvement of national environmental protection laws and regulations,the increase of law enforcement,and the continuous enhancement of citizens' awareness of environmental protection,the development of ready-mixed mortar will inevitably repeat the development track of ready-mixed concrete,from encouraging the elimination of on-site mixing to prohibiting on-site mixing.Lifting type dry mixed mortar truck will load dry mixed mortar into the tank,as the transportation is sealed type,so it is clean and no pollution;It solves the segregation problem of dry mixed mortar in the process of transportation and unloading,realizes the efficient and high quality transportation of dry mixed mortar,guarantees the quality of dry mixed mortar and engineering quality,and the tank transportation of dry mixed mortar becomes an inevitable trend.According to the product development plan of zhongtong automobile industry group co.,LTD.,this project is designed and developed,and the following work is mainly carried out:First of all,the overall scheme of lifting dry mixed mortar transport vehicle was designed and confirmed.According to the requirements of the overall scheme,Dongfeng Tianlong truck chassis was selected to calculate and verify the dynamic performance of the engine,the power demand of the special device,and the front and rear axle loads of the vehicle in the condition of no load and full load.Secondly,according to relevant regulations,the tank thickness,head wall thickness and tank volume are designed,and the key parameters are calculated and checked in combination with practical experience.Thirdly,the lifting structure,sampling structure in unloading process,air intake structure and related performance parameters,structure principle of hydraulic system and selection design of relevant parts of dry mixed mortar truck are studied.Finally,after the production of the sample truck,the loading and unloading tests were carried out in a dry mixed mortar station in Jinan.The relevant performance parameters of the vehicle and the performance of the transported dry mixed mortar were verified by the experiment,the test results show that both the unloading speed of the vehicle and the evenness of dry mixed mortar are better than relevant standards,achieving the expected design goal and meeting the actual needs of customers.
