According to the requirement of "High reliable acoustic release system", this paper designed digital circuit for the underwater device, and also realized an additional function for acquisition and save the received signal.This paper was comprised of the circuit design, debug, and the realization of corresponding software for digital control board and digital acquisition board. The digital control board in hardware contains the design and debug of power management module, the leakage and low-power alarm module, and the signal detection module. In software, the paper contains the realization of AGC algorithm, the detection algorithm and all kinds of control tasks for the underwater device. The task for digital acquisition board contains the establishement of the hardware platform and the software realization. It uses high capacity SDHC card as storage media, It optimized the FAT32 file system based on the characteristic of acquisition device, and designed a new embedded fat32 file system, FastFat32 file system.The SongHuahu experiment proves that the whole system are stable and with excellent performance.
