Then use the "bottom-up" Assembly method, according to the Assembly relations and Assembly process to build a manual transmission gearbox, and then press the connection relations which decides the manual transmission gearbox establishment parameter of movement according to certain law of motion to carry on the movement simulation simulation, then produces the MPG form the simulation animation.This article mainly is take the manual transmission gearbox as the object of study, using the virtual reality technology and the computer simulation technology, and to make transmission gearbox internal structure visualization, to realize manual transmission gearbox simulation assembly and movement simulation.Trying to solve the problem which difficult to solve in a short time that the less training equipment investment which appears in the automobile profession, provide the guiding training methods and tools for the vocational-technical education, and establish a virtual practice training environment,reduce the investment of the training facilities, the consumption and the waste of the raw material.
