Research Of The New Product Phase-Evaluation About Automobile Development

With internationalization of the auto industry and competition intensifying, the technology of automotive products is developing very rapidly. In order to scramble for more possession of the market, new products'development and marketing in every enterprise are enhanced. How to avoid failure and successfully develop new products becomes the main issue to every automobile enterprise. The phase-evaluation is about developing new products initial progress on the objective situation on a comprehensive assessment, risk, to guide the development pace and direction. Based on this, the purpose and content of the paper are presented.Secondly, the paper focuses on the flow of the development of automobile new product development, and compares the purpose and content of front-term, medium-term and post evaluation, and clarifies the location of phase evaluation and affection in the new product process. According to the new product development evaluation, the paper presents the new product evaluation 3D models. On this basis, Comprehensive evaluation in the new product development evaluation system is an important means, so the paper highlighted the new product after comprehensive evaluation model.Thirdly, phase evaluation target and conceive principle were analysed. Phase evaluation system was established in terms of market preparation, product design, supplier development, pre-production preparation, new product quality, project management and finance of seven parts were explained. According to the content of the evaluation system, the paper establishes evaluation criteria, while selecting matter-element methods to evaluate phase evaluation system.Fourthly, Workflow system and criterion were designed combining project management and quality process management to ensure the evaluation of scientific, effectiveness and implement.Finally ,the paper addresses how the phase evaluation system applicants and operates to the automobile enterprise using above research results and combining the actual situation of one enterprise's new product development, in addition to give a example and gain conclusion.
