Three-ring gear reducer is a novel type of planetary transmission device with few teeth difference, which has advantages over traditional reducers such as simple constructure, large transmission ratio, high loading capacity and etc. It could be widely used in many fields.First this thesis introduces the structural features and the working principle of three-ring gear reducer, and discusses the process of parameter selection with Fuzzy. Determination about the modification coefficients of few teeth difference transmission is fairly essential task,which has some limitations,such as the miniumum overlapped coefficient and overlapped interference of this gear couple,should be decided ahead, a comprehensive analysis of gearing parameters is created by variable coefficient of the internal and eaternal gear. Then based on the output shaft, input shaft, support shaft, ring board and check the analysis of the formula strength of parts with a view to meet the strength requirement the maximize value of each parameter. The related programs of multi-parameter synthetical are calculated by MATLAB.Several designed examples are gived, their parameter are input into AutoCAD. Whether the meshing of the gear is interfered can intuitively be judged. The optimized data is input into Pro/E, and generated solid modeling.Pro/E simulates the process with animated simulation, then checks interference and verified sationarity of movements.Nonlinear contact analysis of the teeth meshing effect of three-ring gear transmission is created by FEM with the basis of the multi-paramete. the Mises stress (compression stress) on contact points of meshing teeth is calculated. Contact stress of the three-ring reducer tooth suffered by meshing point of contact is considered. Then the impact on gear damage of contact stress analysis is verified.
