The three-ring gear reducer is new less teeth differenced planetary transmissiondevice, which has a new kind of driving mode and structure and other reducerincomparable advantages. It is known as the characteristic of small size、largetransmission ratio、high efficiency and large bearing capacity etc. In recent years, thethree-ring gear reducer causes the interest of many researchers, and it has been widelyapplied in the field of mechanical industry. This article mainly takes three-ring gearreducer as research object, on the basis of the parametric modeling of gear pair, usingthe finite element method, it analysis the contact stress of meshing gear pair and theinfluence of gear parameters on the contact stress. It is of great significance for thefurther study of its bearing capacity.This article first to determine the displacement coefficient of three-ring reducergear pair, according to the transmission properties of three-ring gear reducer gear pair,and using the software MathCAD, in order to ensuring the gear does not producetooth profile overlapping interference and coincidence degree greater than one, thearticle seeks modification coefficient by the Newton iterative method, which hasfewer iterations, and makes the three-ring gear reducer structure of small size, highstrength, large carrying capacity. Then the parametric modeling of three-ring gearreducer’s profile shifted gear is built by Pro/E software, while three-ring gear reducer’sassembly and interference checking. For of gear pair these provide precise meshinggear pair model for the finite element contact analysis.The nonlinear contact analysis of three-ring reducer gear pair uses the ANSYSfinite element analysis software. By comparing the full gear pair and part of finiteelement meshing of gear pair, the article gets the rationality of the complete gearpair’s finite element model analysis, and solves von mises stress and contact stress. Atthe same time, a three-ring gear reducer gear elastic meshing effect theory ofmathematical model, the paper obtains the actual meshing of three-ring gear reducergear mesh and load distribution as meshing points by entering into the meshing tofrom the meshing.According to the parametric modeling of three-ring gear reducer gear, build thedifferent addendum coefficient of meshing gear pair, then analyzes the changes of theinternal gear pair of contact stress of internal gear pair with different addendumcoefficient and modification coefficient.
