Aircraft multi-parameter acquisition system is an important component of avionics system, which is a part of Cockpit system. It is collected during the flight and display a variety of state aircraft to the user,so users can immediately understand the work of the aircraft. So it can ensure fight safety.This paper discusses Aircraft multi-parameter acquisition system from a common point of view of research, the purpose of that is to develop a smart system to replace the old electro-mechanical instruments, and to provide users with a variety of aircraft flying in the basic parameters for the necessary. when applied to a specific aircraft,because of hardware with highly integrated design,the core hardware do not need to do to change ,only to make small-scale peripheral interface changes. Therefore, the system hardware can be mass-produced,thus effectively reduce the unit cost of; On the software side,as the versatility of the hardware, designers often need only a small portion of changes, who get rid of a large number of tedious repetitive research and design,greatly reducing the development time, save R & D costs。This paper mainly expounded application of PowerPC and DSP in the aircraft multi-parameter acquisition system. To Freescale's MPC860 as the processing core, using modular design, according to the function of the circuit parameters of the collector to the engine hardware, broken down into CPU module, data acquisition conditioning module, air power supply module, display module four parts. Software for use in the aviation field with widely used among them, the real-time operating system-VxWorks, can easily conduct of Board Support Package design, debugging and migration, which for the design of general-purpose, multi-parameter acquisition platform of great significance.This paper first proposed universal aircra parameter model, and to determine the corresponding structure model of the hardware size; we analysis of several commonly used embedded operating system,which is suitable for Aircraft Multi-parameter Acquisition System. And we gives the overall design of the program of common point Aircraft multi-parameter acquisition system. Then we details of the hardware structure of Aircraft multi-parameter acquisition system with PowerPC. And to analysis of the principle of VxWorks,wich transplanted to Aircraft multi-parameter acquisition system. Finally the graphical user interface design of VxWorks.
