Because of the arrival of our country asphalt road large-scale repair period, how to reusing aging asphalt becomes a subject in the world today upon the resources and environment double pressure. First, investigated systematically temperature, time, water influence on aging asphalt, and researched asphalt aging mechanism. Second, inspected residual oil, furfural extract oil and FCC oil influence on aging asphalt reclamation performance, and researched nonylphenols polyesterimid resin synthesis conditions and molecular influence on aging asphalt reclamation performance. Finally, inspected residual oil, furfural extract oil and FCC oil with nonylphenols polyesterimid resin synergy effect on aging asphalt reclamation performance.During asphalt aging process, saturate, aromatic and resin content were decreased,while the asphaltene content was increased, thus made asphalt colloid structure type gradually from dissolve type to dissolve-gel and gel type, pavement performance, gradually decreased. Residual oil, furfural extract oil and FCC oil all had reclamation performance on ageing asphalt, furfural extract oil had the best reclamation performance, then was FCC oil, residual oil was the worst. Nonylphenols amine resin had excellent regeneration properties, synthesis conditions as follows:mole ratio of nonyl phenol, divinyl diethylene tramine and formaldehyde was 1:1:2, back-flow time was one hour, temperature was 125 degree, synthetic resin molecular weight was 2460. Furfural extract oil and nonylphenols amine resin had better synergy effect,when quality ratio was 6:1, the mixture had excellent reclamation performance on aging asphalt.
