Detection technology with, the development of modern industry, set light, mechanical, electrical and computer image processing system was integrated electronic video endoscopy in high-end industrial industries such as automotive and aerospace industry has been widely used. However, domestic aircraft manufacturing and maintenance in the field of industrial endoscope used in common domestic level is not high, disadvantages such as poor image quality, response to this situation, the subject will be introduced to the design of embedded system programs, developed a high-performance, low-cost, portable industrial endoscope aircraft detection.This article aims to overcome the current shortcomings of the domestic industrial endoscopes, prominent and easy to operate, imaging and low cost advantages in the project design, mainly to do the following work:One, based on the Linux open-source implementation of high efficiency, portability and good features, the subject of the embedded Linux operating system as a system.Second, the use of ARM microprocessor and FPGA programmable logic device integrated as a dual processing system design. Full play the advantages of ARM and the FPGA, FPGA as image pre-processing system to handle high-speed data streams, to ensure the system real-time requirements; ARM is responsible for post-processing of image data, and control of the whole system.Third, the selection of technology based on Sony SUPER HAD CCD camera for image acquisition devices, greatly improving the light efficiency and image quality.Fourth, the graphical user interface design, the introduction of the open source Linux graphical user interface support system MiniGUI, developed to support Chinese, feature-rich interactive graphical interface.
