The earthquake is one of the most hazardous natural disasters. Great improvement has been made in the history of seismic hazard resistance. Building structure seismic control is a new domain of the field of structure which can resist earthquakes and wind, it has been applied in the engineering structure more and more widely, and been proved absorption or reduction earthquake effect obviously. YNEERI has developed a new energy dissipation frame system consisting of RC brace and steel-rubber friction dissipater. This paper prime task is the technical standardization research of this kind of system.In this paper, first the structure control technology development is reviewed, then the friction energy dissipation system development is introduced. This paper also introduces the experimental study and the theoretical analysis of steel-rubber friction dissipater, and introduces some present design and calculation method.This paper focuses on the technical standards of steel-rubber friction energy dissipation frame system, and the technical standards including three aspects-the production process of steel-rubber friction dissipater, in this process, the control of the prepressure of steel-rubber friction dissipater is very important; the product testing methods and quality acceptance criteria of steel-rubber friction dissipater; the construction quality acceptance criteria of steel-rubber friction energy dissipation frame system, the nodal points joining beam (column) and support frame must be Paid much attention, and must sure the welds joining embedded steel plates and steel-rubber friction dissipaters safe. This paper also introduces the damper installation in the construction site.At last, associating the problems come across in research, the endeavors for further development of the system is put forward.
