The Research On The Post-Occupancy Evaluation System Of Residential Area Landscape Architecture

Residential landscape architecture construction is an important part of the construction in modern residential area. It's correlated closely with the people's daily lives, so more and more be attention. Currently residential area in the landscape architecture design and construction of this theory more and more mature, but it still lacks systematic assessment after the landscape architecture built.In order to make comprehensive comparative assessment of the residential landscape actual results after built with the expected effects, effectively provide residents with high-quality living environment and promote the construction of residential landscape into an orderly state. This article from scientific and practical point to explore landscape construction and assessment of relevant theories and methods, select indicators from a scientific technical, artistic, ecological, social and economic five areas, with reference to relevant industry standards and guidelines.Using the fuzzy theory and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to build the assessment model and determine the index weight, to establish four-level evaluation index system.The evaluation system fully taking into account the participation of residents and the completed landscape's characteristics in the operation and management, take the field and residents survey questionnaire combination to score. Finally, randomly selected the TianyiKangyuan, XinTian.ShanshuiZhouCheng and JinbiWenhua three Residential Area in Changsha,use the established indicator system to assess, respectively scored 8.007,7.162,6.495, the basic rated excellent, good, in general, consistent with the actual situation, proved that the assessment system is relative scientific and rational. Analyzing the assessment findings, summing up the completed in residential landscape existence low tree species diversity, lack of adopting ecological material and saving-measures such issues for improvement.
