The new flexible track is new formation of track by short rail, which increase the conveyance ability and lower cost effectively for train ferry trestle bridge in special environment.The present stage, train ferry trestle bridge always exist the problem of inefficiency of loading and unloading and poor adaptability to environment, it is the key link to loading and unloading of train ferry,that have important meaning to raising efficiency of loading and unloading through creating and research to the special features of transportation.The train ferry trestle bridge exist the problem that cannot be neglected and not difficult to be find in operation by the current research situation both at home and abroad of rain ferry trestle bridge.But the conveyance of railway ferry have most distinguishing feature and advantages.Today, with the rapid development of conveyance,solving problem of ferry trestle bridge become a direction with untiring efforts.The study on new flexible track bring an new train of thought entirely for solving the problem and laid the foundation of development of the train ferry trestle bridge.In this paper, a new type of flexible track proposed by xie xin lian professor is studied from several aspects as followed:(1) Fixing equation of flexible track through analysis of flexible track and basing on the principium of the material mechanics, and validating equation of flexible track is correctness through curve fitting of discrete points to model of ANSYS.(2) Selection the parameters that are length of short rail,reserved rail gap,section of short rail and sleeper,sleeper spacing,length of flexible track and minimum radius of curve of flexible track by theoretical analysis and value analysis and provides reference date for setting up structure of flexible track.(3) Brief analysis and computation to set up of gauge widening,curve superelevation and adjustment curve to geometric shape of new flexible track structure.(4) Summarizes design method of the flexible track geometry through the example.(5)Using of finite element theoretical knowledge to set up the finite element simulation model of flexible track and validate the correctness of parameters by deformation and stress of model.
