As a characteristic way of transportation, train ferry provides a new train of thought in increasing capacity and lowering transportation costs for characteristics regional environment, but its inefficient handling and poor adaptability to the environment have always been constraining its development, and loading and unloading of railway ferry achieve through the trestle which has the laying of rail, thus improving the trestle design has great significance of improving the efficiency of the ferry loading and unloading.Through a lot of documents reading, the article first reviews the development process of the railway ferry, and summarizes up the latest construction technology of the ferry as well as actual operational problems, and then makes a number of recommendations about improving the ferry system as well as the direction of future development from the perspective of management and technology.Combined with the technical features of the original the railway ferry, the thesis makes analysis of the new trestle program in forcing and deforming, and studied the bending deflection with force and/or bending moments exerted upon rails based on the theory of engineering mechanics. The formulation for determining the bending deflection of and corresponding force and/or bending moments on the flexible railway was presented and we present the geometric relationship of and the calculating formulas of expansion or contraction of the space between two adjoining rails in the flexible railway being bended to link two railways that are not in a straight line. With APDL language of finite element analysis software ANSYS, we deal the curved flexible railway with modeling, simulating and viewing results. The results of this research show that the force and/or bending moments needed to produce the necessary deflection of the railway were also quantitatively calculated to reveal their order of magnitude in real world and deformation degree of security is under the control of the framework of the project, this method can be used in the further analysis of orbital parameters of bearing capacity factors.
