The Research And Practice Of Intelligent Substation Technology's Project Application

Smart Grid is a new kind of power grid combining electrical power engineering technology, sensing and monitoring technology, information and communication technology to improve the efficiency of power grid operation and support the client-side with extensive accessorial service.As one of the six basic links of the smart grid, intelligent substation is the source collecting and order executing unit of the basic power grid operating data. The basic requirements of the substation are whole-station information digitization, communication platform networking, and information sharing standardization, which have the functions of automatic information collecting, measuring, controlling, protecting, computing and monitoring. Meanwhile, it can realize the comprehensive interaction of the equipment information, operating strategies and power switching, achieve the general management of life circle cost based on status, the real-time collecting and sharing of the power grid operating data, supporting the real-time controlling of the power grid, intelligent adjusting and all kinds of advanced application, and finally ensuring the safe and stable operation of all-level power grid.To fulfill the above requirements, the thesis tries to conduct an intensive study on the key technologies of the intelligent substation, including the digitization of collecting data, installing uniform modeling, the comprehensive application of information sharing, the intelligent electric transmission and transformation equipment, the on-site arrangement of the intelligent terminal. All these need to combine the concrete substation construction, relate the condition of the present technology, and refer to the safe and reliable, economical and practical technological route tailoring measures to suit local conditions. It hopes to put forward favorable solutions to the problems we find and well apply them into engineering practice.
