Intelligent Substation Technology Research And Application In County Level Power Supply Enterprises

Intelligent substation is an important part of smart grid construction, however, the current technical specification for intelligent substation and construction practice, are the basic for 110kv and above substation voltage levels,35kv substation less used for county power supply enterprise universal operation. Combined with the requirements of the county power supply enterprises actual power and intelligent substation technology in this paper, with 35kv voltage grade of conventional substation as the basis, reference 110kv substation intelligent design success experience, design 35kv transformer substation one or two part of intelligent construction scheme for county power supply enterprise, intelligent, integrated, miniaturized 35kv transformer substation project provides useful reference and guidance, to promote the intelligent substation technology research and application in the county power network link has important significance.This paper first introduces the current situation, technology advantages and development trend of current intelligent substation, aiming at the key technology of intelligent substation involved, research and analysis of the application of transfer, acquisition, information, control, measurement technology in intelligent substation, from the four aspects of technology, design, equipment and automatic analysis of the basic requirements of intelligent substation construction of county-level power supply enterprises and the basic conditions. Based on the conventional 35kv substation design, from the overall design, part design and the system function four aspects a part design, two, designs the basic technical scheme of 35kv of intelligent substation construction. The overall design, this article from the four aspects of system selection, design specifications, the basic configuration and function are analyzed; a part of design, this paper designs a scheme of intelligent transformation of main transformer, high voltage circuit breaker, switch module and other key equipment, and in a typical 35kv transformer substation design based on a system draw 35kv, a system of intelligent substation wiring diagram; two times in the system design, the article respectively on the automation system, condition monitoring system was the foundation design, selection and configuration, and separately to the station control layer, spacer layer, process layer technology scheme analysis, put forward the overall scheme of automation system, integrated power system, security monitoring system, and the design scheme of the system function characteristic has carried on the detailed explanation.Finally, combining with the design standard of intelligent substation and the technical scheme of the selection criteria, intelligent equipment, the selection and function of this system equipment are introduced. At the end of the article analyzes the whole design scheme of the technology innovation and application advantages, analyses the problems and the basis of county-level power supply enterprise construction of smart substation are ready, the whole thesis is summarized, and the next step for the expectation.
