| In this thesis, ANSYS is employed to give a comprehensive static and dynamic force analysis of Chengdu Zhonghui Plaza Mansion. The mechanical model is established at first according to the structure design documents. Based on this, ANSYS model is built for static and dynamic force analysis.(1)Successfully solved the dimension matching problem during the model establishing of tube in tube structure, transfer story, shear wall and roof plate, realized the transformation from high-rise building with irregularity transfer structure to ANSYS model.(2)The ANSYS model is complicated with more than 110,000 nodes and more than 150,000 elements. However the node coupling problem is successfully solved in this model.(3)Accomplishment the analysis of static force under wind load and permanent load.(4)According to the spectrum analysis, the relationship between story displacement and story drift during earthquake is found:Horizontal shift increases as the number of level increases. Torsions happen to the frame and the shear wall. The rigidity of the transfer story is large, and therefore the structure sudden change is easy to take place at this area. The torsion at the middle of the shear wall is large and therefore the break trend exists.(5)According to the structure dynamical dynamic time-history analysis under common earthquake, the influence of earthquake on the structure is found:Along with the increasing of the peak acceleration, the story displacement increases and story drift significantly changes, which causes significant Y-direction torsion of the structure.(6)The weak parts of Chengdu Zhonghui Plaza Mansion are found based on the ANSYS analysis. Strengthen and rebuilding should be conducted based on the analysis results to ensure the using safety of this building. The research result also provides a valuable reference to other high buildings in Chengdu area. Especially for now that the buildings in Chengdu area have been largely affected by Wenchuan 5.12 earthquake, it is necessary and timely to re-evaluate, strengthen or rebuilt the existing buildings. This research is very valuable in terms of safety and practice. |
