Automatic, flexibility and integrated is currently becoming a trend of the modern production system. With the traditional quality control method, quality inspection data of manufacturing process is mostly applied to analyze the product quality and its reason result in quality fluctuations, which may be include:people, machines, materials, methods, and the environment (Man, Machine, Material, Method and Environment,4M1E), so as that the manufacturing quality of products are able to meet the quality requirements by controlling the 4MlE.However, the problem of product quality is indicated by the design itself,for examples, the designers cannot be fully understand the quality information of production process in time,which always result in many issues such as product structure, high costs and so on. In order to solve above problems concurrent design provides a new parallel and integrated way, which is a systematic method that design products and their parts and the processes.Textile production is a complex and non-stationary industrial process that consists of material, personnel, technology, equipment, environment and other complex variables. This thesis studied the key technology for quality control based on concurrent design and its application for textile production. In this thesis, the main work included as follows:A framework of quality control is proposed and established based on concurrent design in order to solve quality problems systematically and scientifically within product design phase.A quality data model is proposed to support product lifecycle based on the product evolutionary theory and the complexity of the quality data for production process of textile, so that quality data's consistency and integration are assured.In the aspect of key technology, this thesis provided process decision for designers within product design phase by Rough Set method aimed at factors which result in quality fluctuations and analyzed the solutions of the small series of quality control based on the statistical process control theory. Finally, Rough Set method is verified by cases.Quality assurance system is established which is suitable for a dynamic and diversity of textile production, at the same time quality assessment techniques are researched to provide a new idea of on-line diagnosis for quality of products based on SVM.The prototype system of quality control is developed to support concurrent design that based on.Net framework and Silverlight4.0, and its feasibility and effectiveness are initially verified by engineering cases.
