The chromatography is a modern method of material isolation and analysis. Gas chromatograph acts as an important tool in high precision analysis instruments of chromatography. It is playing a positive role in medicine, environmental protection, food safety control system, petroleum, chemical, scientific research, quality technology surveillance and so on.The development of gas chromatograph involves analytical chemistry, mechatronic engineering, automation technology, computer science and other majors. So that it's a complex systems project. This thesis focus on how to apply computer science, intelligence instrument technology, the electronic technology as well as the new material, the new craft in the chromatograph system development, thus emphasis the vital significance to raise chromatograph's intellectualized level.At first, this paper introduced the theory of gas chromatography, as well as the present domestic and foreign development situation of gas chromatograph. After that we discussed the development trend of gas chromatograph equipments. The embedded technology will hold the extremely important status in the modern gas chromatograph examination system. Then the thesis analyzed the gas chromatograph system structure, the technique index and the influencing factor, proposed the intelligence gas phase chromatograph's detecting plan as well as the control method. We can be clear about the process of system performance history and the principle of design through the intelligence gas chromatograph examination system's function and the structure analysis.The first step of design is the choice of embedded system processor. Accord to our design plan, chose high performance and low power loss DSP embedded processor TMS320LF2407, matches by the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱdevelopment program. As a result of the laboratory with the instrument use's multiplicity, this design has provided two kind of detectors for this gas phase chromatograph (heat conductivity detector and hydrogen flame detector), and has designed the examination amplifying circuit which corresponds, has met the major part material analysis need basically. The contrast tradition's gas phase chromatograph is controlling the precision aspect warm the insufficiency, innovative proposed fuzzy unifies PID auto-adapted the control policy. Considered the end-user the operation is simple as well as the HMI characteristic, and unifies embedded system's actual performance, (KingView) has consummated the chromatograph workstation function using the configuration software. This thesis applied the modulation design method in the concrete design, separately elaborated various functional module from the hardware and the software two aspects to realize the method. For guarantee system under different operating mode environment steady operation, this thesis also makes some related discussion aimed at the system reliable measure.At last, the paper use sample experiment data in the aim of prove chromatograph detecting system, and has obtained the material analysis report, carries on rightly compared to with the standard type. The question which as well as the test result appears in view of the examination process in have carried on the analysis, summarized the topic research results, has forecast the further research work content.The creativities of this paper lays in the gas phase chromatograph examination technology and the embedded technology unifies, has designed one kind of intellectualization, the precision high gas chromatograph examination system. Under this system frame, may set a foundation for gas chromatograph research from now on.
