Research On The Green-transportation Planning Of Ecological Cities

With the rapid development of national economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the ownership of vehicles and the traffics on the road have dramatically increased. So it brings the serious environmental problem accordingly. Green traffic system as one of the most complex urban system in the construction of eco-city, plays a key role。Modern city's development is inseparable from the efficient and unified traffic system. Urban traffic system also restricts or promotes the formation and transformation of urban pattern . It plays a huge effect on the urban morphology, ecology, environment and social economic development mode.For that, constructing ecological city and the green traffic which are the essential part of establishing the harmonious society tend to be the social concern. Green traffic includes transportation internal system optimization problem, o n the other hand it covers the cooperation of the traffic system and external system coordination, so green traffic and ecological city construction are inseparable. The thesis deals with the combination of the above two parts taking Baodingcity as an example.This paper first discusses the research background, reviewed the present research at home and aboard, proposed the research objective, constructed the ecological city green traffic planning mode on the basis of the ecological green traffic theory, in accordance with the "theory framework - research statistics - city example analysis - conclusions and analysis" . According to the features of Baoding city, the economic situation, its urban land and existing development condition, instructed by the coordination of ecological city planning and green traffic planning, the paper planned the green traffic system relying on the survey and analysis, under the background of establishing the "solar city", "low carbon cities", "garden city", "large water system construction" which strengthened the characteristics of ecological city construction. Its core content lies in the "pedestrian system planning, bicycle system planning, public transportation planning and waterside corridor planning" which are a coordinated transportation development strategy. The construction mode needs the assistance of the measures such as:"bus priority to configure", "the advocate bicycle traffic", "emphasizing pedestrian right", "regulation for the private cars " " building intelligent transportation system". Meanwhile, the urban traffic is a very complicated large system, with strong basic and sociality, the green traffic is a systematic project that involves every part and some relevant factors of the transportation, so green traffic planning also lies in the implementation of policies and regulations, transportation planning, technical standard and management rules as well as the management system of unified coordination and macroeconomic control.
