Study On The Green Transportation Development Strategy For Small And Medium Sized City In China

Twenty-first Century is an advocate of sustainable development and environmental protection, whereas with the rapid development of economy, city traffic problems and associated environmental problems is on the growing prominence, and has become a major factor affecting the sustainable development of the city. Moreover, this situation appears more obvious in the major cities in China. As for those small and medium-sized cities which maintain a relatively slow pace of development,how to draw experiences, avoid the mistakes of the past, and finally achieve sustainable transportation development become more pressing problem. In this case,how to redefine and develop green traffic become the research direction of theory and practice.Through the green transportation theory and case study considered in connection with the problems and difficulties on the development of urban traffic in Linzi District, Zibo City, this paper work closely with local conditions and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the green transportation and city sustainable development from the traffic design aspect.There are total six chapters in this paper. Among them, the 3rd Chapter,4th Chapter and 6th Chapter are the research emphasis:-The 1st Chapter-Introduction,explains the background and reason of the research, the purpose of the research, the content and the process of the research.The 2ndChapter Subject of Theoretical Research.analyzes and study the meaning of green transportation, domestic and foreign development situation,summarizes the meaning of development green transportation, and the domestic and foreign urban transportation mode.The 3rdChapter,analyzes the factors that affect the traffic of small and medium-sized cities in China from the macro, meso and micro three levels.The 4th Chapter.based on the previous research, and puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of medium and small cities in China, and evaluates the applicability.The 5th Chapter,takes the Linzi District of Zibo as an example, and the application of the former research results to develop the concrete and the system of the green transportation development plan.The 6th Chapter-Conclusion.
