Study On Sustainable Development Evaluation And Design Of City Edge Village Under Dual Ecological Control

The "city edge village" is a concept put forward relative to the "village in the city",which is generally located on the edge of the city and is relatively backward in the economy.In this paper,the urban edge village under dual ecological control is defined as the water source area in the water source protection area and the ecological control line.The production and way of life is severely restricted by both sides,which brings great negative impact on the local economy.At present,the government has implemented special management measures for water source protection area,making the urban water source sites lose the chance of economic development while undertaking the function of urban water supply.Therefore,how to protect the ecological environment of water sources and realize the sustainable and healthy development of the three aspects of the ecological environment,social culture and economic growth of the urban edge villages in the water conservation area has become one of the current academic focuses.As a matter of fact,the lagging economic development leads to no improvement in the life of the residents in the water source area,and is also not in harmony with the social development,thereby affecting the social stability.This also indirectly affects the protection of the water source.The rise of sustainable theory provides a theoretical support for the ecological environment protection and social and economic development of the city edge village under the dual ecological control and control.This paper from the background area and ecological control line of drinking water source protection,through the comprehensive analysis of the ecological water double under the control of Ma Kan Village policy background,summed up the ecological control problems,and puts forward the future development suggestions for the deficiencies.In addition to the Ma Kan Village of SWOT analysis,4 strategies for implementing the proposed orientation of sustainable development under different conditions,providing direction for the water source of the city side of the village sustainable planning and design.Secondly,on the basis of previous studies,using AHP to establish the evaluation system of sustainable development of water resources,combined with the status quo of Case Study Research Ma Kan Village in the ecological,economic,social and cultural aspects of the current situation of sustainable.Finally,in the dual analysis based on ecological control policy SWOT analysis and current situation of sustainable assessment,Nanshan District Xili reservoir Ma Kan Village of Shenzhen city as an example,the water source of the city side of the village of sustainable planning and design.The whole paper tries to provide a new perspective for sustainable development from the following aspects: policy analysis,SWOT analysis,current situation evaluation and sustainable planning and design process.
