| The paper researched induction heating power supply on multiple-frequency high frequency. As the trend of high-frequency and large-capacity, this paper put forward a new main circuit topology.It analyzed several Active power factor correction's (APFC) advantages and disadvantages,finally the system chose Cuk-type APFC, and introduced the working principle of the circuit.In view of the fact that the technology of three-phase power factor correction is not full-blown ,the paper divided the three-phase alternating current into A-B, B-C, C-A single-phase alternating current to carry on the power factor correction.In this paper,the idea of Boost average current control power factor correction was adopted in Cuk topology to design a idiographic and banausic circuit with Active power factor correction, then it analysed the working principle of the circuit.At last,the paper simulated main circuit structure and control method, the simulative and experimental results verified its validity.The innovation of subject mainly adopted Cuk-type power regulation and transformer power synthesis methods to improve the frequency and power capacity.The simulation results showed that the methods could realize the high frequency induction heating power supply with 350KHz/300KW.Using high-speed chip digital signal processor(DSP) and complex programmable logic device(CPLD) combiled control circuit to design hardware and software.The control methods had many advantages with the strong anti-interference capability, flexible processing and so on. It had broad prospects in industrial controller.It illustrated the design idea and realizing methods of combined control circuit,designed power adjustment procedure and described the PI algorithmbased on TMS320F2812 DSP.The paper simulated CPLD comprehensive circuits through the QuartusПsoftware,including DPLL,PWM pulse generator circuit,aslo designed the signal detection circuit,driving circuit based on IR2113 and various protection circuit.Finally the paper did related experiment based on the single-phase inverter,and presented the key circuits'experimental waveform. The simulative and experimental results verified the validity of theory reseach and the correctness of parameter calculating. |
