Study On East-west Residential Design Based On Affordable House In Cold Areas

With the rapid development of the economy and the urbanization, the city construction are taking place dramatic changes in china. We are faced with many problems, ie. severe shortage of land resources, high urban population growth rate, housing shortage and low Residential quality. These problems not only can slow down chinese economic development, but also bring negative effect to people's standard of living, which affects the healthy development of public security. It is the focus for the whole society that how the relationship between land shortage and increasing people's housing needs is dealed with and how the contradiction between saving land resources and improving residential quality is solved. The guideline of this article is build the saving-type society and Conservation-minded Society."People-oriented" is used as the design principles and economy applicable serves as a starting point. The final purpose of the article is to increase land utilization and to improve the habitant housing quality. The comprehensive analysis and summary is made for east-west residence in cold areas, including practical value, market share, buying demand, family layout characteristics and optimization, related technology application. The article is hoped to further perfect east-west residential design.This article is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter the topic selection basis and background are analysed and the east-west residence are put forward. The practical value and feasibility of the east-west residence are studied. Although this area is focused by the researcher s both home and abroad, the practical basis is seldom paid attention to till now. Finally the related concepts of the main research object are defined.In the second chapter the east-west residential development process are investigated for the cold areas, which demonstrates that the east-west residence can use the theories and practice base. Base on understanding of the history and the present situation, the author researchs the present situation and its residential housing demand, and conclude that it is necessary to construct the east-west residential affordable house. The housing needs of part of our buyers and economic applicability east-west relations between residence are also studied. The third chapter is the key section on the basis of investigation of the second chapter. According to habitant's demand and residential characteristics, the plans of family space layout of east-west residence are classified and analyzed in detail, which are optimal designed. The fourth chapter is relied on house pattern designs in the the third chapter, in which economy applicable is served as a starting point and the applicability related to energy saving technology are analyzed. It is aim at further increasing east-west residence, attaining a certain indoor comfort level and getting the best economy applicable balance. In the fifth chapter the main research results are summarized, and the development direction of east-west residence are prospected.Hope this article could provide new mentality for future related type residential design.
