Period Of Rapid Urbanization In Weifang City Form And Its Influential Factors

In this paper the relevant urban form domestic and foreign literatures were reviewed and related theory in Weifang, for example, reviewed the Weifang city form from ancient, modern times to modern formation, development and evolution of process, with emphasis on Weifang since 90s into rapid urbanization period, urban spatial expansion, morphology and its urban land-use structure evolution characteristics are analyzed, using qualitative and quantitative analysis method of presently unifying Weifang city, analyzes the evolution of urban spatial form expansion and the influencing factors, and based on the development of future urban morphology of Weifang forward assumption and direction. Research shows that:(1) since the 1990s, urban space development direction of Weifang mainly in the southeast and northeast, urban spatial expansion is half rings expand; (2) city land structure of Weifang information entropy and balanced degree overall conform to the city land structural evolution rule, all sorts of land-use structure evolution and space differentiation affect Weifang city space form; (3) fast economic growth and population increased dramatically expanded rapidly in Weifang city land is the main reason; (4) national policy and institutional change, urban traffic of actuation, ecological environment mold, the development zone of urban planning the pull and Weifang city executive power is the main influence factors morphological evolution; (5) the future urban space in urban road traffic leading, "TOD" (transit-oriented), "SOD" (public service facilities leading), "EOD" (environment) and other pattern mainly to resource-based east, north and southwest three directions to expand, form layout is compact, land use neat plain type, ecological garden mega cities.
