Research On The Optimization Of Public Service Facilities Configuration In Yanliu Residential Area,Lixia District,Jinan City

There are many problems in the old community public service facilities,such as insufficient allocation,aging facilities and inconvenience in use,which seriously restrict the improvement of residents' living quality and have become the focus of improving people's livelihood in recent years.However,restricted by its complex land ownership,tight space resources and other realistic conditions,the transformation is difficult.Based on jinan lixia district YanLiu residential public service facilities configuration,on the basis of detailed research to the urban residential area planning and design standard(GB50180-2018)",the investigation of local policies and residents' demand for reference,from the type,size,facilities as well as distribution is used to evaluate three aspects,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for the optimal allocation,in order to offer reference to upgrade the old residential areas.First of all,the domestic and foreign literature related to the layout,supply mode and optimization strategy of residential public service facilities were studied,and the configuration problems and optimization countermeasures of the old residential public service facilities were summarized.Secondly,from the configuration standard and residents' demand,the public service facility configuration of yanliu residential area is comprehensively evaluated and the main problems are summarized.In terms of the configuration standard,the problems of facility configuration are analyzed from three aspects of facility type,facility scale and facility distribution in comparison with the planning and design standard of urban residential area,local policies and plans.In terms of residents' needs,a questionnaire survey was conducted to fully understand residents' satisfaction with residential facilities,and a cross-analysis was conducted on residents' different needs.Based on the evaluation of these two aspects,the problems of public service facilities in yanliu residential area are summarized.Finally,in view of the problem of public service facility allocation in yanliu residentialarea,and in combination with the future development trend of the society,this paper proposes optimization strategies from the following three aspects: supplement,expansion and relocation.In terms of filling in the gaps,the types of facilities are improved by replacing the original functions of buildings,transforming the architectural space and encouraging the opening of social sites.In terms of capacity expansion,the scale of facilities can be expanded by renting commercial housing,transforming buildings and road sections,and building area can be used to supplement the land area.In terms of spatial layout,the "street-neighborhood" two-level community living circle is firstly constructed,and the accessibility of facilities is adjusted by transforming the walking road and the surrounding environment,and finally the facility layout is optimized by adding facilities and building the residential neighborhood center.In view of the complicated situation of land ownership in the old residential areas in the urban built-up areas,the paper focuses on the operability of the optimization plan,plans and implements the guarantee strategy,advocates the cooperation between government and enterprises,and the participation of multiple parties,improves the management mechanism,and improves the level of facilities and services.Based on the specific research on the allocation and optimization of public service facilities in yanliu residential area,this paper summarizes the optimization strategies from four aspects: configuration project,configuration scale,spatial layout and implementation guarantee,which has certain reference significance for the allocation and optimization of public service facilities in residential area and the transformation of old residential areas.
