| In recent years, optimization has become an important tool for research and application .Experts have given in detail about the principle of genetic algorithm optimization and the general application of genetic algorithms applied to optimal design of the advantages of mechanical vibrations.Some articles have been using genetic algorithm to solve the plight of mechanical vibration, but traditional genetic algorithm can only solve the system optimization problem with a clear (explicit) expression. However, many practical optimization problems which belong to the implicit performance optimization problem are often difficult to use the explicit function to describe, and traditional genetic algorithm can not solve such problems.In this paper, considering the major shortcomings of traditional genetic algorithm optimization of mechanical vibration and the actual problem, an interactive genetic algorithm optimization method is proposed, which presented by interactive evolutionary fitness of individuals involved in the evolutionary process, this optimization will not be caught local optimal solution, but also to adaptive heuristic search with the global optimum of the smaller area. To solve the fatigue of interactive genetic algorithm, this paper take the measure of theclassification of rough set theory and solve the implicit implicit optimal design of mechanical vibration.Based on the genetic algorithm, this paper developed a set of optimal design of mechanical vibration test system. The system is developed by MFC based on the Visual C++ 6.0 environment. Procedure uses document/view architecture, which separates the backstage data management from the downstage user interaction, it is facilitated greatly to the development of the program.The genetic algorithm, rough set theory and optimal design of mechanical vibration related content first be introduced. Then the overall design of this system is describesd, including system functions, the overall structure and the related technologies and tools used in the system.And software design focuses on the vehicle vibration model coding, genetic manipulation, human-computer interaction, termination of qualification and generations of evolution evolution, etc, and the system operation and configuration of the important settings are described. Finally, the overall work of full text is summarized, and prospect about the testing system is given. |
