With the improvement of living standards and the rapid development of automobile industry,while we pay attention to the vehicle's power,economy and security aspects,the vehicle ride comfort requirements are also increasing,the ride comfort evaluation research has become the focus of the content of various universities and automotive OEMs and parts enterprises.Automobile vibration and noise in the vehicle are two important factors that influence the comfort of automobile,therefore,the thesis considers the effect of the vehicle vibration and noise in the vehicle,the evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation model is established for the comfort of automobile has very important significance and engineering value.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation of ride comfort is the main research content.First of all,the analysis of the current domestic and foreign to the ride comfort evaluation standard of the advantages and disadvantages of using fuzzy mathematics theory,considering the vehicle vibration and noise in the vehicle of the two most important influence,the ride comfort evaluation model of automobile is put forward.Secondly,based on the dominance relation rough set theory,this paper makes an objective evaluation of the two factors of comfort,and solves the arbitrariness of subjective valuation.Third,based on the LabVIEW platform,the development of virtual instruments software evaluation system,realize the function of vehicle ride comfort test data,display,storage and evaluation of vibration and noise signal analysis,greatly reducing the workload of the comfort evaluation,improve the evaluation efficiency.Fourth,choose 4 different models of vehicle road test,respectively,30km/h,40km/h,50km/h,60km/h,70km/h different speed,different points of vibration and noise signal.Fifth,the collected signal is analyzed and processed,and the ride comfort of the 4 models is compared and evaluated by using the comprehensive evaluation model to verify the accuracy of the model.Through the research of ride comfort evaluation method of vehicle vibration and noise,considering the two factors of riding comfort,put forward "vibration comfort" and "comfort noise" two concepts,and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,evaluation for vehicle comfort finally,4 for vehicles of different models of the road test results show that the model of subjective evaluation of the evaluation results is consistent with people.
