The Application Research Of Lean Management In An Air Force Aircraft Repair Plant

With the intense competition in the aviation maintenance market in recent years, the aviation maintenance enterprises can not but reduces the enhancement service quality the maintenance cost to put on the agenda. Most people think that the civil aircraft focus on the maintenance of the economy and management of raising the level for granted, and military aircraft can be ignored, this idea is obviously wrong, for a long military aircraft "regardless of cost, at all costs" approach has not Re-adapt to today's market economy. Therefore, through introducing the lean management thoughts, developing improvement activities to every work in enterprises to reduce cost, reduce waste; improve quality, appearing particularly important. Taking an Air Force aircraft maintenance plant as an example, this paper developed application research for the lean management in this plant.This paper firstly introduces the origin, connotation and implements of lean management, then the development situation and aircraft maintenance content and features are expounded. By the military aircraft maintenance plant after the analysis of the problems existing in, one is proposed to the aircraft maintenance management process of constructing lean management mode method, the concrete method of using business process reengineering of aircraft maintenance management process management process of IDEF model, and carries on the diagnosis analysis, give improve opinion; another is proposed to the aircraft maintenance quality building lean management mode based on the method, the concrete batch management and quality matrix trace method of quality of aircraft maintenance quality tracing, also give a quality tracking process, and after detailed IDEF model after of research and analysis are given, and implementation plan. On the basis of summing up the lean management mode of applied research process and effect obtained, and points out the research also further application problems need to be solved.Aircraft maintenance is based, so the flight safety of aircraft maintenance enterprises in reducing maintenance cost for, reduce the waste, shorten the maintenance period, while also considering aircraft maintenance quality, this article mainly from the above two aspects of lean management mode applications, namely process reengineering ,and quality tracking traceability.This study aims to proof through to lean management mode of construction, military aircraft maintenance enterprise can effectively optimize the maintenance management process, shorten repair cycle, improve maintenance quality and production environment,and this research for military aircraft maintenance enterprise build lean management mode is of guiding significance.
