Research On Traffic Safety Evaluation System Of Expressway Based On Inter-Departmental Information

With the development of the mileage open to expressway and the holding of the car of China, the situation of expressway traffic safety serious gradually. Under the "Type Distributed" management system, the data resource of business applications of the Ministry of Public Security and Transport departments concerned, lack advanced comprehensive analysis and integration and utilization, that makes the traffic safety management of expressway lack of effective macro decision support, and the traffic safety management level hard to further ascent.In this paper, the comprehensive analysis and utilization of Inter-departmental traffic safety information is applied to study, with the special subject "Research and System Development of Inter-departmental traffic safety comprehensive analysis technology " of the country "11th Five-Year Plan" to support science and technology "Development and Demonstration Application of Comprehensive prevention and disposal integration technology of Great road traffic accidents" (2009BAG13A01)From the situation of China's expressway transportation security management point of view, the effect of the existing system of traffic safety management is analysized and several of the Ministry of Public Security and Transport departments with industry characteristics are studied in this paper. Based on research,function distribution,data resources and business requirements of departments which participate in traffic safety management activities. On the basis of research result, the influencing factors of expressway traffic safety operation is analyszed very deeply, and expressway traffic safety state evaluation indexes are extract, from the angle of expressway traffic running environment. Then, the definition and calculating methods of each index are made clearly. Finally, the expressway traffic safety evaluation index system is constructed. This evaluation index system has many features include Inter-departmental reliability and practicability and so on, which can be used to evaluate the situation of expressway traffic safety.In this paper, the evaluation model of expressway traffic safety situation is constructed and the algorithm example is given, base on entropy coefficient method and matter elements analysis method. The assessment requirements of multiple parameters can be met according to this model by using the quantitative operations. The degree of excellence of expressway transportation security situation is established by the degree approaching certain attributes which is judged by comprehensive correlation of multiple index. Based on the above research, the system is completed and deployed by design and development. In the end, there is a summary for the whole paper and the place needed to improve and perfect in the future study.
