Along with the social aging intensifies,the elderly patients of emergency department are increasing,the use of the emergency department become frequently.The emergency department has the function of outpatient service,The function of the emergency also increase and become one of the fastest hospital development department.But the functional appeared a lot of problems,it is urgent need to establish a complete evaluation system to direct the construction of emergency department.Paper consists of six parts, First, introduces the background and significance,the research content, Second, study the current research of the relevant theory of Project Evaluation,Combined with the experience of engineering design,we draw a framework of Evaluation System.Third,the framework for guiding,research the Beijing area General hospital emergency department, perfecting the evaluation system framework.Fourth,Introduce the AHP theory,grading the emergency department. Establish the evaluation system of emergency department function and space, improve the content and conditions.Fifth,based on the evaluation model,enrich the evaluation rules of every index and the corresponding range.Sixth,use the system to evaluate a specific hospital,and at the same time, test the integrity of the evaluation system.Modify the contents and perfect Conditions.
