By the simple construction, economization of materials, good condition of the force suffered, rapid speed of the construction, little cost and good wear, The large diameter cylinder structure is attached importance more and more in engineering field. The large diameter cylinder structure includes two kinds of structure, one is the embedded cylinder, the other is the cylinder structure on bed. Because the complexity from itself as well as inner and outer soil's affection, the existing simplified and numerical methods, all have obviously different results.Because of the complexity of the interactions between the large-diameter cylinder structure and the soil, especially the embedded cylinder structure, there are many problems that can't be solved, the experiences of the design and construction are very lacked internal and abroad. Once the large-diameter cylinder structure destroyed because the cylinder structure lost the stabilities, it isn't applied widely until now. So, it is necessary to research the force model of the embedded cylinder.In this paper, the model which is bedding cylinder structure and embedded cylinder structure found by ANSYS. The resulting of the forces are compared with experimental results. And the numerical model is reasonable. according to the proposed use of Filling stress, the numerical method is feasible; then use this model to analyze the large cylinder filling stress distribution with different soil deformation modulus and Poisson ratio.
