| Light steel, for its environmental protection, energy conservation, good seismic performance, construction of the advantages of speed, applied to the construction system, gradually formed a comprehensive system of ultra-light steel structure residential building systems. Today, in the housing sector to promote green building technology, this new structural system is the best one. Chinese new industrialization path to go is to go green road of sustainable development. Light steel structure is efficient, fast, economic and sustainable development of environment-friendly building structure system, development of light steel structure residential building is not only necessary but also tremendous potential in China, it will have far-reaching impact to promote the sustainable development of Chinese national economy , the technological advances of housing industry and improve the quality and environmental protection. But at the moment whether the economy still has its skeptics, this paper address this issue, from the perspective of green building, the main contents are as follows:(1) Studied the light steel structure residential developments at home and abroad, analyzes the development of light steel structure of Chinese domestic problems, put forward the importance of light steel residential economic evaluation and use green building evaluation system approach.(2) Studied several green building evaluation system method at home and abroad, analysis of the similarities and differences of various evaluation methods and the advantages and disadvantages.(3) The common and new systems of light steel structure house have been studied, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of them, lightweight steel joist structure system obtained is the best system, and studied its components to connect.(4) According to several domestic and overseas Green Building evaluation methods, combined with Chinese current conditions, selection of suitable methods of evaluation and established economic evaluation system, and using of computer language Visual Basic.NET to program economic evaluation system with AHP. |
