Statistics show that in the next years, the supply of parking spaces will be in tension. Parking-difficult problem becomes obvious in many cities, one of which is Handan. The issues face to downtown area of Handan. Firstly, the issue of residential-parking was reviewed. And then affect the residential parking facilities factors are analyzed. The status of residential parking based on several established residential area in Handan City, proposed standardized system of parking facilities and residential area of Handan City parking facilities management strategy.
