Research On The Improvement Of Parking Planning In Nanning Residential Area

With the rapid growth of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the urban motor vehicle presents an explosive growth trend.The parking problem of motor vehicles is also getting more and more serious,which has aroused widespread concern in the society.In 2001,the Nanning municipal government introduced a series of vehicle parking policies,among which the parking planning of residential areas was more important.However,more than 10 years later,with the rapid development of motor vehicles in Nanning,the number of motor vehicles is increasing.The parking planning of residential areas in Nanning has not adapted to the current development trend,and the effect of policy implementation is also not as good as expected.In view of this phenomenon,this paper combined with the interview survey data on motor vehicle owners construction company residential design and residential district personnel,application M.McLaughlin mutual adaptation model of residential parking planning is an important part of parking facilities supply effect is analyzed.In view of the current situation of parking lots supply,motor vehicle illegal occupancy,residential area public roads and residents' residential parking area in Nanning,a detailed investigation and analysis is done,and a series of related data is collected.By collecting relevant data,we find out the reasons why the implementation effect of parking policy in residential area of Nanning is not as good as expected,and conclude that we should modify the current parking allocation ratio and improve the relevant policies of parking related to residential area.On this basis,through studying the related policies at home and abroad,and using the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference,the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for solving the parking planning of residential districts in Nanning.
