This article describes the National Semiconductor part of the chip design technology IRMCF341, in particular, discussed the drivers based on the chip driver circuit design and to ensure the reliability of the switching power supply design, and operation of the switching device losses arising from a thermal design discussed.First introduced the current status of the motor-driven, but also for the driver chips used in the paper gives a brief description of IRMCF341 clear the IRMCF341 the main function modules and their relationship.
