System Improvement Of Construction Safety Management Of The Country Garden Group

Building construction operation has always been a high incidence industry for safety accidents and failures. This not only exposes personal safety and state property to great loss but also brings adverse impact to development of the enterprise and the industry, and even causes huge threat to social stability and national economic development.Building construction safety management is a systematic project and relevant factors of safety accidents and failures must be analyzed with a comprehensive prospective so as to find out root causes of various accidents. This research takes the Country Garden Group as main research objective. With the continuous development and expansion of the Country Garden Group, building construction safety has been enduring serious challenges. Through casualty analysis and questionnaire investigation of the Country Garden in Nansha, it is found out that there are many problems in safety management. This article intends to use scientific safety principles and fine management theories to analyze the real estate development and operation status of the Country Garden Group, and to systematically study safety system of enterprise in design, procurement and construction stages as well as safety culture management, the supervision, administration and coordination mechanism between the enterprise and governmental authorities so as to ensure the safety necessity. Through studies on typical cases in recent years, safety accidents and its relativity are quantitatively analyzed using comparative analysis and research, systematic analysis and research and typical analysis methods, hence to define the relationship between the design, construction and supervision personnel and building construction safety accidents.At last, obstructive factors of implementing building construction safety system is studied and countermeasures are proposed, and two major theories and safety systems to guarantee building construction and one operation safety are brought forward, i.e., fine management and overall personnel involvement in safety management to create building construction safety culture system of the group.
