Along with economic development and social progress,all walks of life in China,the accelerating construction of high-speed railway construction is the inevitable requirement of economic development in China and choice,is the embodiment of the comprehensive national strength of our country.High-speed railway construction will help ease the pressure,improve the railway transport capacity and improve the way people travel and efficiency.However,due to the complex terrain conditions and varied natural environment in our country,tend to be of high speed railway through the mountains,rivers and hills,basin and the terrain,the difficulty of the design and construction is very big.Due to the high speed railway construction of high standard design and construction is difficult,it’s construction safety management to bring very great difficulty.In understanding human nature and ability to transform nature remains the same,but there are still unpredictable difficulties and risks in the hold up the steps of human development and construction of high-speed railway construction encountered difficulties and risks in the process of a much bigger than the general municipal road construction,which involves technology and measures of safety management is very complicated,safety management difficulty is very big.Group D project as object,this paper studies the safety of the high-speed rail construction contract period of management issues.The contract period of X after the success of the high speed railway project construction will greatly shorten the running time of the two cities and along the traffic,effectively promote economic development and along the both,bring in and the people living along the big improvement,also has further improved China’s high-speed rail network."Safe production,civilized construction" is our country’s demand for construction industry and is the guideline of operation management of construction industry.The accident rate and mortality of the construction industry have been in front of all walks of life,and the concern of our society is high.Building construction safety accident may bring enormous personal casualty and property loss,extremely bad social impact and panic,how to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,is the Chinese government attaches great importance to the problem,constantly introduced the laws and regulations standard and management of construction industry;It is also a matter of great concern to our society,focusing on its own living environment and supervising the development of the industry.It is a problem that enterprises attach great importance to,security management relationship enterprise development,relationship project goal realization.Group D always takes "safe production,civilized construction" as its guiding principle,and always carries out the call of the party and the state to put safety first.However,there are still some problems in the construction of high-speed railway X,and how to improve the safety management is the focus of this paper.This study mainly consists of five parts: the first part,mainly introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research status,writing ideas,etc.The second part,the construction safety of construction industry to conduct a comprehensive overview and analysis of the common features of the building construction,safety production and safety management,the analysis of current construction industry safety management in our country,and analyze the construction safety management status in the developed countries and the enlightenment to our country.In the third part,based on the project of high-speed railway construction of the unit Group D of the author’s unit,the situation of group D and X segment of high-speed railway is introduced,and the status of safety management of the construction of X section is outlined.Analysis Group D high-speed railwayconstruction project safety management problems and reasons,from institutions,safety management system,supervision and inspection,safety education,migrant workers,and occupational health perspective problems and reasons,provides reference for below project safety management plan;The fourth part,it is the focus of this study,through the above analysis of Group D project safety management,and gives the solution to the problem of safety management,mainly from the safety management objectives,safety management system,implementation plan and emergency plan in four aspects,specify the practical and effective safety management plan;The fifth part,the main safety management are given to implementation of safeguard measures,analysis of Group D’s existing resources and advantages,from the organization,system,culture,economy,technology,information security management scheme of implementation;Finally,it is hoped that this study will have some practical significance for future construction safety management of high-speed railway projects in China.
