With the constant deepening of China's electric power system reform, the fierce market competition and the increasingly rising of coal, oil prices and generating cost, power enterprises should only adopt scientific management method, optimize production process, and give full play to the units, can they reduce generating cost and increase the market competitive power. Because operational personnel directly influences units performance, it is vital to establish a scientific and rational operation performance management system to improve the enterprise management level of power production, the operational level of units operation personnel, and the unit operation efficiency level. This is not only the need of our country to improve the efficiency of energy utilization, but also power enterprises'inevitable choice of facing the market.Based on the background of thermal power plant operation and the theories of performance appraisal and operation optimization, specific techniques and content of several important parts of the real-time operation performance management system are investigated and the system is analyzed and designed in this paper. The main contributions of this dissertation are described as follows:A continuous improving operation evaluation process is proposed.Considering the features of the unit operation process and the characteristics of evaluation standards, a dynamic real-time operation evaluation process is proposed. Real-time evaluation can improve the accuracy of the evaluation results, and can achieve real-time guidance. Dynamic updating and correcting of evaluation model can timely reflect the optimum condition of the performance evaluation and guarantee the correctness.A system architecture based on the layered model is designed.A layered architecture design pattern is used to divide the system into data interface, data processing, application, and presentation layers from bottom to top. Communicating between layer and layer through interfaces makes each layer a clear division of responsibilities and the system easy to develop and maintain.An evaluation model of real-time operation performance is presented.The evaluation model of real-time operation performance presented by this paper includes four parts:evaluation indexes, evaluation conditions, evaluation standards and evaluation time range, covering the core content of the system. Evaluation indexes are classified and calculation methods of indexes weights are discussed for the power plant. Setting evaluation condition can ensure the validity of evaluation results. The evaluation standards provide basic and basis for operation optimization instruction. The operability and accuracy of performance evaluation model are improved through the calculating of evaluation standards based on the working conditions and the differentiation of evaluation zone. The evaluation time ranges are eliminated to ensure the correctness of the statistical evaluation results in equipment failure, communication breakdown, and abnormal condition.Statistics inquiry functions of operation evaluation data are designed.The query functions and user interface of evaluation results are designed on the basis of operational personnel positions characteristics and the duty and monitoring handover management. Evaluation statistics and comparative analysis can be easily done for further improved evaluation model. |
